The Centre for Women, Youth and Community Action officially kicked off its two-day Capacity Building Workshop for Women Groups and Associations, with Day 1 delivering an engaging and impactful experience for all participants.
The workshop was designed to strengthen the leadership and planning capabilities of women-led organizations, equipping them with the tools and confidence needed to take ownership of their group’s development and sustainability.
Day 1 Highlights
1. Work Plan Review & Update
Participants engaged in a practical session where they revisited and revised their existing organizational work plans. This hands-on activity helped them realign their goals, identify clear priorities, and refocus their strategies in line with their vision and mission.
