Who We Are

The Centre for Women, Youth and Community Action (NACWYCA) is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-political organization established in 1999. We exist to empower women, youth, children, and communities to take active roles in Nigeria’s social and economic development.

NACWYCA is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the Nasarawa State Government, with over two decades of experience delivering community-centered programs.

What We Do

We design and implement programs that address real challenges faced by vulnerable populations. Our core focus areas include:

  • Health and HIV/AIDS awareness and services

  • Education and youth development

  • Women and child rights and protection

  • Skills acquisition and livelihood support

  • Democracy, governance, and civic engagement

  • Conflict resolution and peacebuilding

Our interventions combine direct services, advocacy, research, and community mobilization.
